Orders placed before 10:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Please note that same-day dispatch is not guaranteed and may be affected by high order volumes, payment verification, stock availability, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
Our standard delivery time is usually 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local carrier performance, weather conditions, and other external factors.
3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on our website.
Aurelien is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and this results in a failed delivery, delay, or return to sender, we are not responsible for any resulting loss or additional shipping costs.
